In July 08 I decided that I would fulfill my dream of owning my first house. I contacted Marc Manfredi who was listed as the realtor to arrange a viewing of a property which I liked. That's when I first met Marc. The property was not what I had envisioned and the search was on.

Marc sent me on a daily basis the newest properties available but I also was very active in finding properties myself. He always took time to show me any property to my liking and he also gave me great advice due to his excellent expertise in his field. We searched very actively for several months. He never complained about spending so much time on finding a house for me and he also prevented me from buying a house which was not in good condition. He looked out for me in every aspect. His goal was to find me a house which I really loved. He never pushed me to speed up the process either. He was so patient and I knew he really wanted for me to find my dream house. 

In November I found my house. Marc helped me through the entire process of closing and was always available for any questions or concerns. He is a smart and considerate Realtor and very good in negotiations as well. The deal was closed in Dec 08 without any complications. Marc is not only an expert in his filed but also a great human being.
